SHIPPING & RETURNS

Herbzenica Lifesciences will do our best to provide our products to you in a timely manner. Our policy with regard to shipping, delivery, replacement, returns and cancellations is listed below.

SHIPPING POLICY

Herbzenica Lifesciences will ensure that your order is processed and safely delivered. Herbzenica Lifesciences will aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours. Orders will be dispatched through reputable courier services available in India. The delivery shall be done within 2-7 days from the date of dispatch. Herbzenica Lifesciences is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.


Unless otherwise specified, herbzenica.in will ship all products free of cost with no delivery charges. In the event that shipping charges are applicable, they will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. We offer free shipping on orders above 399 INR. Products will be shipped only within India.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 24 Hours of receipt of the package. You can inform us by writing to us at herbzenicaonline@gmail.com or calling us on +91-9776643375 between 11 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.


Returns & Replacements will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit, missing or products that have physical defects, it is mandatory to share a video evidence of unboxing (recording video with 360° of all corner edges of outer box and then the unboxing in continuous recording mode). Claims without video proof will not be entertained.

Return requests will be validated over the phone by Herbzenica Lifesciences and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via a confirmation email. The product(s) should be returned within 7 working days of receiving the confirmation email. On receipt of the returned product, Herbzenica Lifesciences will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to not be eligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you. For a valid claim, return shipping charges (ship back to customer) will be born by us. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product(s). Refund will be initiated to the payment source. Refund cheques, if applicable, will be made in the registered name of the customer only.

You will be updated throughout the return process at the following stages:

1.  A validation call on receipt of the return request
2.  Instructions via a confirmation email following the validation call
3.  Confirmation of receipt of the returned product
4.  Update on inspection and validation of the claim within 7 business days of receipt of the product

As all products offered by Herbzenica Lifesciences are medicinal products for ingestion and/or application. Products once opened will not be eligible for replacement or a refund. The onus of evaluating suitability of a product for a particular lifestyle, state of health or preference lies entirely with you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will be possible provided an order has not been shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If order shipment refused/rejected upon delivery due to incorrect address/mobile number or personal reasons then forward and reverse courier charges will be deducted and balance amount will be credited back to the customer.
